As a Clinical Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping to drive Pfizer product sales while ensuring the highest quality of customer service.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or a related field, plus at least three years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience. An in-depth understanding of the clinical sales process and a demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships are essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  2. Understand and adhere to Pfizer policies and procedures for customer management.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive Pfizer product sales.
  4. Monitor sales performance and develop plans to address any shortfalls.
  5. Analyze customer data and create reports to assess current sales trends and forecast future performance.
  6. Work with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  7. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the clinical sales process and industry trends.
  8. Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and preferences.
  9. Participate in trade events and other promotional activities to raise awareness of Pfizer products and services.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
