Clinical Account Management Intern

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries • Support the Clinical Account Management team in various projects • Assist with onboarding new customers • Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives • Utilize customer service software to manage customer accounts • Assist with the development of customer service training materials • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records • Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement • Assist with customer service performance metrics tracking and reporting • Assist with the development of customer service policies and procedures
