Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Change Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementation Of Organizational Change Initiatives.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate Teams During Periods Of Change.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
