  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and Pfizer's specific automation needs.
  2. Design and implement automation solutions that align with Pfizer's goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess automation opportunities.
  4. Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing automation systems and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Ensure that all automation solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in automation technology and make recommendations for their implementation.
  8. Train and support end-users on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful integration of new automation technologies.
  10. Continuously monitor and track automation performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
  11. Develop and manage automation budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with automation systems.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the automation team.
  15. Adhere to Pfizer's policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Automation And Process Improvement, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Automation Technologies And Tools, Such As Robotic Process Automation (Rpa) And Machine Learning.

  • Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Successfully Implement Automation Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders And Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences.
