- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of strategic plans for oncology operations.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making processes.
- Assist in the planning and management of clinical trials, including protocol development, site selection, and patient recruitment.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs and compliance teams to ensure all activities are in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide support in the preparation of study-related documents, such as study protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
- Monitor study progress and identify any potential issues or risks, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in the review and interpretation of study data, contributing to the development of study reports and publications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all activities related to oncology operations.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in oncology research and treatment, applying this knowledge to support the company's mission.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across departments, promoting a culture of innovation, excellence, and patient-centeredness.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Operations Role, Preferably In The Oncology Field.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Oncology Drug Development And Commercialization.
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Adapt To Changing Priorities.
Demonstrated Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
