  1. Manage administrative tasks and provide support to the Global Product Development team at Pfizer.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders within the organization to ensure efficient operations and successful delivery of new medicines.
  3. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expenses.
  4. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating information and updates.

  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  7. Act as a liaison between the Global Product Development team and other departments within Pfizer.
  8. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  9. Anticipate and proactively address any potential issues or challenges that may arise in the team's operations.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in order to provide valuable insights and contribute to the team's success.
  11. Serve as a positive representative of Pfizer, promoting the company's mission and values in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management Or Administration, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Global Product Development Processes And Regulations, With Experience Working On International Projects.
