Shift Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Shift Team Lead to join our team at Petrofac. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Shift Team Lead will be responsible for leading a shift of personnel in operations and maintenance of our oil and gas operations.The successful candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent communication capabilities, and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and able to effectively prioritize tasks.The Shift Team Lead will have a passion for safety and quality and a commitment to achieving high-performance standards. Previous experience in a senior role in the oil and gas industry, preferably with a supervisory role, is essential.We welcome applications from candidates with experience in engineering, project management, and operations. A degree in engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
