Principal Instrument Engineer

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Principal Instrument Engineer to join our Petrofac team. The ideal candidate is an innovative problem-solver with a passion for engineering who can work independently and collaboratively. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the design and engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of process control systems and instrumentation, while ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in instrumentation or electrical engineering, and at least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. You must also have a working knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, experience in design, engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of process control systems and instrumentation is essential.
