IT Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Analyst to join Petrofac’s IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, monitoring and maintaining our IT systems, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure is up and running while providing quality support to our users.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, along with several years of experience in IT support and systems administration. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills. As an IT Analyst, you should be able to quickly assess and address IT-related issues, as well as provide training to users when necessary. Additionally, you should be able to collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that our IT systems are secure and functioning properly.If you are a tech-savvy individual with outstanding communication and customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
