As a Treasury Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing our company's financial operations and ensuring the efficient and effective use of our resources. Manage and maintain Perdue Farms' financial operations, including cash flow, investments, and debt management
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and improved efficiency
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Coordinate with various departments, including accounting, purchasing, and sales, to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations and future investments
Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company's growth and expansion plans
Manage relationships with financial institutions, including banks and investment firms, to negotiate favorable terms and secure necessary funding
Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes to identify and address any potential risks or inefficiencies
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with other team members to develop and maintain financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
