- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation programs that align with Perdue Farms' overall compensation philosophy and business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and goals, and provide strategic recommendations for compensation plans and structures.
- Create and maintain job descriptions and job levels to accurately reflect the organization's roles and responsibilities.
- Design and administer performance-based incentive plans to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation, including FLSA, EEO, and other relevant laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external compensation consultants to gain insights and best practices for compensation strategy.
- Analyze and interpret compensation data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals to ensure successful execution of compensation programs.
- Continuously review and update compensation policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation-related matters, including job offers, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Collaborate with HRIS team to ensure accurate and timely data management related to compensation.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the company's compensation programs.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to educate and promote understanding of compensation programs and processes.
- Participate in salary surveys and other compensation-related surveys to gather market data and make informed recommendations for compensation decisions.
Extensive Experience In Compensation Management: A Senior Manager, Broad-Based Compensation At Perdue Farms Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Managing Compensation Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Within The Food Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Compensation And Benefits: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Compensation And Benefits Strategies, Including Base Pay, Incentives, Executive Compensation, And Equity Plans. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing These Programs.
Strong Analytical Skills: As A Senior Manager, Broad-Based Compensation, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Evaluate And Interpret Data, Conduct Market Research, And Provide Insights To Support Compensation Decisions. Proficiency In Excel And Other Analytical Tools Is Required.
