As a Regulatory Labeling Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet all necessary labeling regulations. Ensure compliance with all food labeling laws and regulations.
Monitor and stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to labeling regulations.
Review and approve all product labels and packaging materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and legal, to ensure labeling meets all company and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular audits of labeling processes and materials to identify and address any potential issues.
Maintain a thorough understanding of product ingredients and nutritional information to accurately reflect on labels.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure ingredient and allergen information is accurate and up-to-date.
Develop and maintain internal labeling guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Communicate any labeling updates or changes to relevant departments to ensure compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on labeling regulations and provide guidance to internal teams as needed.
Advocate for the company's commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant products.
Attend industry conferences and training sessions to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in labeling regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of new labeling strategies and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to labeling compliance.
Proactively identify and address any potential labeling risks or issues.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Regulatory Affairs, Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Science.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Labeling Within The Food Or Agriculture Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Labeling And Packaging Of Food Products.
Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Ensure Compliance With All Regulatory Requirements.
Experience With Managing Labeling Databases And Working With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Accurate And Timely Labeling Submissions.
