We are currently seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team and help drive our commitment to continuous improvement. Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and practices throughout the region to drive continuous improvement in operations.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Perdue Farms' operations, processes, and products in order to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement strategies and initiatives.
Train and coach team members at all levels on lean principles and practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Conduct assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and monitor progress.
Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across the region.
Communicate and report on progress and results of improvement initiatives to senior management.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lean manufacturing to drive innovation and improvement.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to encourage engagement and participation in continuous improvement efforts.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Continuous Improvement And Lean Manufacturing Methodologies.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Drive Change And Implement Sustainable Improvement Initiatives.
Knowledge And Experience In Using Tools Such As Six Sigma, Kaizen, And Value Stream Mapping.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts To All Levels Of The Organization.
