Oversee and manage the quality assurance processes for all general labor tasks within the poultry production facility.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that all products meet company and regulatory standards.
Train and supervise general labor employees on proper quality control procedures and techniques.
Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities and report any findings to management.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and make necessary adjustments to processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
Lead by example and promote a culture of quality and responsibility within the team.
Act as a liaison between management and general labor employees, addressing any concerns or issues related to quality control.
Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in order to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role Within A Food Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Haccp, Gmp, And Fda Regulations.
Experience With Leading And Training A Team In Quality Control Procedures And Processes.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Detail-Oriented With A Strong Understanding Of Product Specifications And Quality Standards.
