- Oversee Production Associates: The Production Associate Lead will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of production associates to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.
- Monitor Production Processes: The Lead will be responsible for monitoring production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and meeting quality standards.
- Train and Mentor Team Members: The Lead will be responsible for training new team members and mentoring existing team members to improve their skills and performance.

Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Production Or Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Production Associates.
Knowledge Of Production Processes, Quality Control Procedures, And Safety Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Upper Management.
Flexibility To Work Varying Shifts And Availability To Work Overtime As Needed.
