- Monitor and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Prior Experience In A Production Environment: A Production Associate Lead At Perdue Farms Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Production Facility, With A Good Understanding Of Production Processes And Procedures.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Production Associates And Ensure That They Are Working Efficiently And Effectively. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Guide Team Members.
Knowledge Of Safety And Quality Standards: Perdue Farms Has Strict Safety And Quality Standards In Place, And The Production Associate Lead Should Have A Good Understanding Of These Standards And Be Able To Ensure That They Are Adhered To At All Times.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Leader, The Production Associate Lead Will Need To Communicate With Team Members, Supervisors, And Other Departments Within The Company. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
