
Manager, Talent Acquisition Compliance
As a Manager of Talent Acquisition Compliance at Perdue Farms, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations when it comes to recruiting and hiring. We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional who is passionate about compliance and has experience in talent acquisition. - Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures for all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of recruitment practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to talent acquisition and update policies and procedures accordingly.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and recruiters on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal and HR teams, to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor and track compliance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries or investigations.
- Conduct investigations into any potential compliance violations and make recommendations for corrective action.
- Ensure all required documentation and records related to talent acquisition compliance are properly maintained and accessible.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as background check vendors, to ensure compliance with all contractual and legal requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Represent the company during external compliance audits and ensure all documentation and records are readily available.
- Act as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition compliance and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition compliance and make recommendations for implementation.
- Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Talent Acquisition, Including Eeoc, Ofccp, And Ada.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Compliance Role, Preferably In The Talent Acquisition Field.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Processes And Experience Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Hiring Managers And Recruiters On Compliance Best Practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field. Professional Certifications Such As Phr Or Shrm-Cp Are Strongly Preferred.
