In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our shared services department, including managing a team of associates and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the shared services department.
Manage a team of associates, including setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the shared services department.
Monitor and analyze department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes to meet goals.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of shared services processes.
Train and onboard new team members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide guidance and support to team members in resolving them.
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction through prompt and effective communication and problem-solving.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in shared services and make recommendations for improvements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and projects.
Uphold and promote the company's values and culture within the shared services team.
Keep accurate records and reports of department activities and progress.
Handle any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

Experience In Managing And Leading A Team: The Ideal Candidate For A Lead Shared Services Coordinator At Perdue Farms Should Have Prior Experience In Managing And Leading A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment.
