Lead and manage IT projects within the supply chain department at Perdue Farms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve supply chain operations.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct thorough analysis of current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using technology.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain technology to drive innovation within the organization.
Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Ensure project goals and objectives are met within the designated timeline and budget.
Manage and mitigate project risks, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and vendors.
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance to help them develop their skills.
Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and make recommendations for future improvements.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards while executing project activities.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that all projects align with the overall IT strategy and architecture.
Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain technology and provide expertise to other departments as needed.
Uphold the company's mission and values, promoting a culture of sustainability and innovation.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Knowledge: The It Project Lead - Supply Chain At Perdue Farms Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Processes And Systems, As Well As Experience With Relevant Technologies Such As Erp, Wms, And Edi.
Project Management Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Effectively Plan, Organize, And Execute Complex It Projects Within Budget And On Schedule. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Project Management Methodologies And Tools.
Leadership Abilities: As A Project Lead, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of It Professionals And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams. The Ability To Motivate, Mentor, And Lead Team Members Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: The It Project Lead Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Project Updates And Requirements To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. Collaboration With Internal And External Partners Will Also Be Essential For Success In This Role.
Supply Chain Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Distribution Setting. This Will Provide A Strong Foundation For Understanding The Unique Needs And Challenges Of Supply Chain Operations At Perdue Farms.
