Develop and implement identity and access management policies and procedures to maintain the security of company digital assets.
Monitor and analyze access control systems to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve current identity and access management processes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and industry security standards.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve identity and access management processes.
Provide technical support and training to employees on proper use of identity and access management tools.
Investigate and resolve security incidents related to identity and access management.
Develop and maintain documentation for identity and access management systems and procedures.
Collaborate with external vendors to implement and maintain identity and access management solutions.
Communicate with management and stakeholders on the status of identity and access management initiatives and any potential risks or issues.
Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of identity and access management processes.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, related to identity and access management.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Identity And Access Management, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Iam Principles And Technologies, Including Active Directory, Ldap, Sso, And Rbac.
Experience With Iam Tools And Platforms, Such As Sailpoint, Okta, Or Cyberark.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
