- Provide support in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training and development.
- Conduct recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
- Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee questions regarding benefits.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Proactively identify and address employee needs and concerns.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Stay current on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other members of the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's values and culture.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline HR processes.
- Foster positive and professional relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Perdue Farms, promoting the company's mission and values.
- Actively contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Generalist Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Eeo, Fmla, And Ada.
Proven Experience In Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Recruitment Processes.
