- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives of Perdue Farms.
- Lead and manage the human resources department, including overseeing all HR operations, policies, and procedures.
- Create and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract and retain top talent for Perdue Farms.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with department managers and leaders to identify and address employee development and training needs.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Oversee all employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective employee retention strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on all HR-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and monitor the HR budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Perdue Farms in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In A Hr Leadership Role, Preferably In A Large Organization Or In The Food And Agriculture Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Hr Strategies And Initiatives, Such As Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement Programs.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, With Experience Ensuring Compliance And Mitigating Risks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
