Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Hr Generalist Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, And Fmla

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information

  • Experience In Conducting Workplace Investigations And Conflict Resolution, With A Focus On Promoting A Positive And Inclusive Work Culture.
