Knowledge Of Quality Control Standards: Grain Operators Must Be Able To Ensure That All Grain Meets Quality Standards Set By Perdue Farms. This Requires An Understanding Of Grading Systems, Moisture Levels, And Other Quality Indicators.
Ability To Operate Machinery And Equipment: Grain Operators Are Responsible For Operating And Maintaining Various Types Of Equipment, Including Grain Elevators, Conveyors, And Other Machinery. Candidates Should Have Experience Operating Similar Equipment And Possess Basic Mechanical Skills.
