
Facility Maintenance Manager

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all company facilities, including but not limited to buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure all facilities are operating at optimal levels.
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure quality work and efficient operations.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Monitor facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and promptly address any issues or malfunctions.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventories.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities that may impact production or other operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in all maintenance activities.
- Continuously seek ways to improve facility maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facility maintenance to inform decision-making and recommend improvements.
- Serve as a point of contact for any maintenance-related inquiries or concerns from employees or management.
- Prepare and manage the facility maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facility Management, Preferably In A Food Production Or Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Equipment Maintenance, And Safety Regulations.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Efficiency And Cost-Effectiveness.
