Collaborate with and assist senior engineers on various projects and tasks.
Conduct research and gather data to support engineering projects and initiatives.
Utilize technical skills and knowledge to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
Participate in team meetings and discussions, providing valuable insights and ideas.
Take initiative and proactively seek out opportunities to learn and develop new skills.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Analyze and interpret data, and present findings to the engineering team.
Assist with drafting and reviewing technical documents and reports.
Actively contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of work.
Support the development and maintenance of engineering systems and processes.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Attend training and development opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Represent Perdue Farms in a professional and positive manner.
Adhere to deadlines and deliver high-quality work within designated timelines.

Job Qualifications

Currently Enrolled In An Accredited Engineering Program At A Four-Year University Or College.
Strong Academic Background In Relevant Engineering Courses, Such As Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Other Engineering Software Programs.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills.
Effective Communication Skills And Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
