In this role, you will lead our efforts in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive our organization forward.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Perdue Farms' goals and values.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract top talent.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to expand the company's talent pool.
  5. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for various positions.
  6. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  7. Analyze recruitment data and provide regular reports to senior leadership on hiring metrics, trends, and recommendations.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and hiring managers, providing guidance and support in their hiring efforts.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  10. Partner with the HR team to develop and implement retention strategies to ensure the company retains top talent.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador for Perdue Farms, promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a strong employer brand and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  13. Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, And/Or Human Resources Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Talent Acquisition Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Industry Best Practices In Recruitment And Hiring.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team.
