Develop and implement an enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of enterprise architects to ensure the successful execution of the architecture strategy.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into effective enterprise architecture solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in enterprise architecture to continuously improve the company's approach.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company's enterprise architecture framework and ensure its consistency across all projects and systems.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to support the company's enterprise architecture needs.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the company's architecture to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the company's enterprise architecture needs.
Communicate and present the company's enterprise architecture strategy and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all enterprise architecture initiatives.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in enterprise architecture.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the enterprise architecture function.

Job Qualifications

In-Depth Knowledge Of Enterprise Architecture Principles And Practices: The Director Of Enterprise Architecture At Perdue Farms Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Principles, Frameworks, And Methodologies, Such As Togaf, Zachman, Or Gartner Ea Framework.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Enterprise Architecture Teams, Defining And Implementing Architecture Roadmaps, And Aligning Technology Strategies With Business Goals.
Strong Business Acumen: Perdue Farms Is A Large Organization With Complex Business Operations, And The Director Of Enterprise Architecture Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Business Processes, Industry Trends, And Competitive Landscape.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Director Of Enterprise Architecture Will Be Responsible For Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And External Vendors, To Define And Execute Enterprise Architecture Initiatives. Therefore, Strong Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
