Lead and manage a team of data and analytics professionals to effectively utilize data to drive business success.
Develop and implement data and analytics strategies to support business goals and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to address them.
Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data and analytics and integrate them into the company's strategy.
Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Lead the development and implementation of data visualization tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision making.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure and systems are optimized to support data and analytics initiatives.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data and analytics initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and promote the use of data and analytics across the organization.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage additional data sources and tools.
Represent the company in industry events and conferences to showcase our data and analytics capabilities.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Data Management And Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Data Management And Analytics, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects And Initiatives.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Data And Analytic Senior Tech Leader Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Data Analysts And Engineers, Making Strategic Decisions, And Driving The Overall Data And Analytics Strategy For The Organization. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Are Essential.
