Job Description

At Perdue Farms, we are passionate about customer service and are looking for a talented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is a customer service professional who is highly organized, efficient, and reliable, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. The successful candidate must possess superior communication and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service techniques, and a strong understanding of customer service best practices.The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, resolving customer issues, and coordinating customer service activities. This individual must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.In addition to the necessary customer service skills and work experience, the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to maintain a professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
