Job Description

Welcome to Perdue Farms, a leading producer of high-quality poultry and agricultural products. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous improvement and a strong track record of leading successful improvement projects.   1. Identify opportunities for process improvement: The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for identifying areas within the organization that can benefit from efficiency, productivity, and quality improvements.
  2. Develop and implement improvement strategies: This role requires the candidate to develop and implement strategies to improve processes and procedures, with a focus on lean methodologies.
  3. Lead improvement projects: The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead cross-functional teams to implement improvement projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Conduct data analysis: This role will require the candidate to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using tools such as root cause analysis and value stream mapping.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Data-Driven Approach To Decision Making.

  • Exceptional Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Change Within The Organization.
