As our Complex Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a culture of safety and continuously improving our safety processes. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for all facilities within the company, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identifying potential hazards and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Train and educate employees on safety protocols and best practices, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
Investigate and report any safety incidents or accidents, analyzing root causes and implementing preventative measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety concerns in all areas of the company, including production, maintenance, and warehouse operations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in safety regulations, making necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain safety-related documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Conduct regular safety meetings with department heads and employees, providing updates on safety initiatives and addressing any concerns.
Develop and maintain relationships with external safety organizations and agencies, staying informed about best practices and industry standards.
Create and manage a safety training program for new hires and ongoing training for current employees, ensuring all employees are knowledgeable and compliant with safety protocols.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Safety And Health, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Safety Management Role, Preferably In A Complex Manufacturing Or Industrial Environment.
Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Equivalent Certification.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Osha Regulations And Industry Best Practices For Safety And Health Management.
Experience Developing And Implementing Safety Training Programs And Conducting Safety Audits And Inspections.
