Conduct research on animal nutrition trends and market demands to assist in product development.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving animal nutrition and overall product quality.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing data on product performance and making recommendations for improvements.
Participate in hands-on tasks such as conducting feed trials, analyzing feed composition, and evaluating animal health.
Work with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies.
Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on the latest developments in animal nutrition.
Assist in creating and maintaining databases of product information and research findings.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Contribute to the development of training materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Animal Science, Nutrition, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Animal Nutrition Principles And Feed Formulation.
Previous Experience In A Commercial Or Production Setting, Preferably In Animal Nutrition.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
