Develop and implement the organization's business information security strategy.
Ensure the protection and security of all sensitive data and systems.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to information security.
Lead the organization's efforts to comply with all necessary security regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop solutions.
Train employees on proper security protocols and procedures.
Monitor and respond to any security incidents or breaches.
Manage and maintain relationships with external security vendors and partners.
Communicate regularly with senior management and stakeholders about the organization's security posture.
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's security posture.
Prepare and present reports on security metrics and improvements to senior management.
Act as a point of contact for any security-related inquiries or issues.
Serve as a subject matter expert on information security for the organization.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Information Security, Preferably In A Business Setting
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Information Security, Such As Iso 27001 And Nist Cybersecurity Framework
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders
Relevant Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Cisa Are Preferred
