- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all associates, serving as a point of contact for any HR-related concerns or questions.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws.
- Conduct investigations into any employee complaints or concerns, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Serve as a resource for associates, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters such as benefits, performance management, and career development.
- Collaborate with management to address and resolve any employee relations issues, promoting a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
- Monitor and track employee relations trends, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Facilitate training and development programs for associates, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Partner with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment in HR policies and practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with all company and legal requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in employee relations and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
- Provide support and assistance with any other HR-related duties or projects as assigned.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Employee Relations Or Hr Generalist Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations.
Ability To Work Independently And Handle Confidential Information With Discretion.
