As an HR Generalist with a focus on employee relations, you will play a vital role in supporting our associates and promoting a positive work culture.   1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all associates, serving as a point of contact for any HR-related concerns or questions.
  2. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws.
  3. Conduct investigations into any employee complaints or concerns, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
  4. Serve as a resource for associates, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters such as benefits, performance management, and career development.
  5. Collaborate with management to address and resolve any employee relations issues, promoting a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
  6. Monitor and track employee relations trends, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance the overall employee experience.
  7. Facilitate training and development programs for associates, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  8. Partner with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment in HR policies and practices.
  9. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with all company and legal requirements.
  10. Stay up-to-date on best practices in employee relations and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  11. Provide support and assistance with any other HR-related duties or projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
