- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with all regulatory requirements related to profit planning.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their financial planning and analysis skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Food Industry Setting.
Advanced Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Analysis, With A Strong Understanding Of Profitability Metrics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
Experience With Budgeting, Forecasting, And Profit Planning Processes, And A Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Standards.
