1. Receive and process incoming shipments of products, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
2. Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
3. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
4. Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
5. Monitor and maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies with incoming or outgoing shipments.
9. Keep accurate records of inventory and shipments using computer systems and paperwork.
10. Communicate effectively with other departments and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to management.
12. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
13. Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing PepsiCo to customers and vendors.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse manager or supervisor.
