This position will be based at our warehouse, working during the night shift to ensure the timely and accurate loading of products for delivery. - Load and unload products onto delivery trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and stack products.
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled and organized for delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while handling products and operating equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Meet daily loading targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment.
- Follow all warehouse procedures and protocols to maintain the integrity of products.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as picking and packing orders.

Physical Stamina And Strength: The Role Of A Warehouse Person (Loader) At Pepsico Requires Heavy Lifting, Pushing, And Pulling Of Products Weighing Up To 50 Pounds. Therefore, Candidates Must Possess The Physical Ability To Perform These Tasks Consistently Throughout Their Shift.
Forklift Operation Skills: As A Seasonal Loader, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Loading And Unloading Products Onto Trucks Using A Forklift. They Must Possess A Valid Forklift Operator's License And Have Experience Operating A Forklift In A Warehouse Setting.
Attention To Detail: The Warehouse Person Must Be Able To Accurately And Efficiently Scan And Record Product Codes And Quantities As They Load And Unload Trucks. Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure The Correct Products Are Being Loaded And Delivered To The Correct Locations.
Time Management And Multitasking Abilities: The Position Of A Seasonal Loader At Pepsico Is Fast-Paced And Requires The Ability To Work Quickly And Efficiently. Candidates Must Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Their Time Effectively, And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
