- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in loading process to meet distribution timelines.
- Operate equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management by properly tracking and organizing products in the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and meet production goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Communicate any issues or concerns with loading process to warehouse management.
- Adhere to quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience In Warehouse Operations: A Qualified Candidate For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In A Loading Or Shipping Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Proper Handling And Storage Of Goods, As Well As Operating Equipment Such As Forklifts And Pallet Jacks.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: This Position Requires Heavy Lifting, Pushing, And Pulling Of Materials And Products, Often In A Fast-Paced And Physically Demanding Environment. Candidates Should Be Able To Lift Up To 50 Pounds And Be Able To Stand, Walk, And Bend For Extended Periods Of Time.
Attention To Detail: As A Warehouse Loader, The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring Accurate And Efficient Loading Of Products. Candidates Should Have A High Level Of Accuracy In Counting, Verifying, And Labeling Products, As Well As Ensuring Proper Organization And Placement Of Loaded Items.
