  1. Develop and implement cutting-edge automation solutions for PepsiCo's warehouses to drive efficiency and productivity.
  2. Continuously research and stay updated on the latest automation technologies and trends to improve warehouse processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and design solutions that meet business objectives.
  4. Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed automation solutions and provide recommendations.
  5. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for warehouse automation projects.
  6. Prepare detailed engineering designs and specifications for automation systems.
  7. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems in warehouses.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to warehouse automation.
  9. Monitor and analyze warehouse automation performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Train and educate warehouse staff on how to use and maintain automation systems.
  11. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all warehouse automation projects.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source necessary equipment and materials for automation projects.
  13. Conduct regular evaluations and audits of warehouse automation systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Automation Development, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++.

  • Knowledge Of Warehouse Management Systems And Automation Technologies, Such As Robotics, Conveyors, And Automated Storage And Retrieval Systems.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
