- Develop and implement cutting-edge automation solutions for PepsiCo's warehouses to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Continuously research and stay updated on the latest automation technologies and trends to improve warehouse processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed automation solutions and provide recommendations.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for warehouse automation projects.
- Prepare detailed engineering designs and specifications for automation systems.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems in warehouses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to warehouse automation.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse automation performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and educate warehouse staff on how to use and maintain automation systems.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Automation Development, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++.
Knowledge Of Warehouse Management Systems And Automation Technologies, Such As Robotics, Conveyors, And Automated Storage And Retrieval Systems.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
