  1. Develop and execute vendor managed inventory (VMI) plans to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained at all times.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer orders to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for inventory management.
  4. Communicate regularly with vendors to coordinate timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or delays.
  5. Utilize inventory management systems to track and manage inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
  6. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
  7. Conduct regular audits of inventory levels to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on inventory planning and execution.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve inventory management processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential inventory issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate any risks.
  12. Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, performance, and trends to management.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management to drive continuous improvement.
  14. Train and mentor new team members on inventory management processes and systems.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
