As the UX Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall user experience of PepsiCo's digital products and services.   1. Develop and implement a cohesive user experience strategy for PepsiCo's digital products and services.
  2. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
  3. Lead and manage a team of UX designers, providing guidance and mentorship to drive innovation and excellence in design.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
  5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  6. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design to drive innovation and stay ahead of competition.
  8. Ensure all designs adhere to PepsiCo's brand guidelines and standards.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  10. Act as a champion for user-centric design and advocate for the user throughout the design process.
  11. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support design initiatives.
  12. Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders on the progress and impact of UX design initiatives.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the user experience, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the UX design team.
  15. Represent PepsiCo as a thought leader in the UX design space through speaking engagements, conferences, and industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Or Psychology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Designers To Deliver Innovative And User-Friendly Products.

  • Strong Understanding Of Design Thinking Principles And Methodologies, With Experience In Applying Them To Drive Product Innovation And Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Deliver On Project Goals And Objectives.
