  1. Manage daily cash operations: The Treasury Cash Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily cash activities of the organization, including monitoring and managing cash flows, reconciling bank accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency: The Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the organization's cash management processes. This includes identifying and implementing process improvements and conducting regular audits to maintain compliance with financial regulations.
  3. Lead a team: The Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of cash operations professionals. This includes setting goals and expectations, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional partners: The Manager will work closely with cross-functional partners, such as the finance, accounting, and treasury teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration in managing cash operations and supporting business objectives.
  5. Monitor cash flows and forecasts: The Manager will be responsible for monitoring cash flows and forecasts to ensure that the organization has sufficient funds to meet its financial obligations.
  6. Identify and mitigate financial risks: The Manager will be expected to identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, such as implementing controls and procedures to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  7. Maintain accurate records: The Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all cash transactions, including bank reconciliations, cash balance reports, and cash forecasts.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions: The Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure the organization has access to the best banking services and rates.
  9. Stay current with industry trends: The Manager will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cash management, and implementing any relevant changes to improve processes and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
