Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Transformation Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As the OCM Communications and Engagement Lead, you will play a critical role in driving change and enabling successful transformation initiatives across our organization. This position requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication and leadership skills, who can effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.   1. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand key stakeholders and their needs, and develop tailored communication plans to engage and influence them throughout the transformation process.
  3. Create and deliver engaging and informative communications across various channels, such as email, intranet, town halls, and presentations.
  4. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, and make adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
  5. Serve as a change management subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to leaders and teams to effectively manage and lead change within their departments.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
  7. Lead and facilitate workshops, trainings, and other activities to build change management capabilities within the organization.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in change management and communication to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential resistance to change, and develop strategies to overcome it.
  10. Serve as a role model and champion for the organization's culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment during times of change.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Change Management, Organizational Communications, Or Employee Engagement.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry Or Consumer Packaged Goods Industry Is Preferred.
