- Develop and implement total rewards incentive compensation programs that align with the organization's business objectives and drive high performance.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current incentive compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to understand business needs and develop compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in total rewards and incentive compensation to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure the accurate and timely administration of incentive compensation programs.
- Design and manage incentive compensation communication plans to educate and engage employees on the value of their compensation package.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants to support the organization's total rewards and incentive compensation programs.
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on incentive compensation policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of incentive compensation programs and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment of total rewards programs with other HR initiatives and company culture.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for all incentive compensation programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on incentive compensation matters, providing guidance and training to HR and business leaders as needed.
- Participate in salary surveys to ensure the organization's compensation packages are competitive.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to total rewards and incentive compensation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems related to total rewards and incentive compensation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compensation And Total Rewards, Preferably In A Large Multinational Corporation
Advanced Knowledge Of Compensation Principles And Practices, Including Incentive Plan Design, Analysis, And Administration
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Information To Senior Leaders
