Job Description

At PepsiCo, we are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Tech Scrum Master. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of project management.The Tech Scrum Master will be an integral part of our team, providing guidance and support to project managers and tech team members. This role requires a firm grasp of the Scrum methodology, as well as the ability to think beyond the obvious and offer innovative solutions. The successful candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Required qualifications for this role include: a minimum of 5 years of experience in a tech-related field, experience with Scrum and Agile project management, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for technology. Experience leading a team is preferred. Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and tech team members
  • Ensure that Scrum methodology is correctly implemented throughout the project
  • Monitor project progress and manage project timelines
  • Identify and address any issues that may arise during project development
  • Develop strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure that project goals are met
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and effective manner
  • Lead team meetings and ensure that all team members are informed of project updates
  • Lead by example and set a positive example for team members
  • Stay up to date on new technologies and trends in the industry
