- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify top talent in the industry.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to reach potential candidates.
- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and other relevant events to expand the candidate pool.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, both active and passive.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and team leaders on recruitment progress.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment and hiring processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Preferably In A Large Corporation
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Software And Tools, Such As Applicant Tracking Systems And Social Media Platforms
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates
Analytical Mindset And Proficiency In Data Analysis To Track Recruitment Metrics And Make Data-Driven Decisions
