- Analyze and understand current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement through the use of IT systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and operations to develop and implement IT solutions that optimize supply chain processes.
- Maintain and upgrade existing IT systems to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the supply chain.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in supply chain technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis of supply chain IT systems to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support for supply chain processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- Train and support end-users on the proper use and functionality of supply chain IT systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security of supply chain IT systems.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of supply chain IT systems and make recommendations for improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain IT systems and provide guidance and support to the team as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of the supply chain operations by driving process improvements and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Or It, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Analyst Role.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Operations And Processes, Including Inventory Management, Logistics, And Procurement.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Sql, Tableau, And Sap.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
