
Supply Chain Engineering Director
PepsiCo is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Supply Chain Engineering Director to join our team! We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about driving process improvements and can lead the strategy, development and execution of Supply Chain Engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, creative, and have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of the highest quality products to our customers.Qualifications for this position include: a bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, operations, supply chain management or a related field; 8+ years of experience in a supply chain engineering role; proven experience with process improvement initiatives; and excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. Advanced degrees and certifications, such as a Masters in Business Administration and Six Sigma Black Belt, are a plus.
