Job Description

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supplier/Vendor Master Manager (SAP) to join our dynamic team. As a global leader in the food and beverage industry, PepsiCo relies on strong relationships with our suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality products for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our supplier and vendor information in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong understanding of SAP and experience in supplier/vendor management.   1. Manage and maintain supplier and vendor information in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  3. Monitor and analyze supplier performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Conduct regular audits of supplier information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to supplier and vendor management.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for all supplier and vendor-related inquiries and issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in supplier and vendor management best practices.
  8. Train and support team members on SAP and supplier/vendor management processes.
  9. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments to suppliers and vendors.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all supplier and vendor information.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding supplier and vendor information and updates.
  12. Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to supplier and vendor relationships.
  13. Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track supplier and vendor performance.
  14. Participate in supplier and vendor contract negotiations and review processes.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Vendor/Supplier Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Proficiency In Sap Vendor/Supplier Master Data Management And Experience With Sap Erp Systems.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Data Discrepancies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Negotiate With Vendors.
